What are the shipping fees for my order? How long it will take to arrive?

I prepare and ship the orders within 2-3 business days of receiving cleared payment. If you're ordering from North America,  it will be standard shipping with Canada Post tracked-signature at a flat rate of  $9.95 and your package will arrive in less than a week.  For US orders,  it will be standard shipping with Canada Post tracked- signature at a flat rate of $9.95 and the estimated time for arrival is between 4 -12 business days.

Combined shipping: each additional item $4.95

For orders over $ 100, you qualify for free shipping in North America. Please be aware that any taxes, duties and customs fees will be your responsibility. For more information please check our Shipping Policy page.

Why was my payment declined?

For your security, your billing name and address must match the billing information your credit card company has on file. Please contact your credit card company if you received a declined message.

Can I send your jewelry as a gift to someone? How it will be packaged?

Yes, you can. All orders are packaged and ready to give as a gift with my signature gift boxes and wrapped with ribbon, for an elegant presentation. If you want to add a personalized message please let me know in advance by emailing me at angie@angiekjewelry.com

What is your return policy for the jewelry?

Because your satisfaction is my priority, I offer you a 14-day return policy from the date of receipt. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase I will give you your money back and you will just pay the return shipping cost. Yes, all of the designs and pieces from angiekjewelry.com are made by me, in my studio here, in Langley, BC, Canada.

A handmade jewelry is a unique piece, not a mass produce one. I put a lot of work and love
in creating my own and I try always to work with the best gemstones and materials. Making my customers happy and creating memories together is my motivation.
